Where is the hotel located?
The hotel is located directly on the beach: we have direct access to the sea. Just take the lift to the street level and in just two steps, you will already have your feet in the sand.
Is there a car park?
The hotel has a car park directly on the premises: it is included in the All-inclusive and Top All-inclusive formats and available for a fee with the basic Bed & Breakfast treatment.
What are the main services you offer?
Beverages with meals (water, wine, pepsi and orange soda), parking, air conditioning in public areas and all rooms, Wi-Fi with fast fibre, beach service (Top all-inclusive format).
Yes. In the hotel from 1 pm to 3 pm and from 8 pm to 10 pm with workshops, various games and baby dance in our mini club; on the beach there are inflatables, play area, entertainment service and babysitting (on request).
Do the rooms have a fridge?
The rooms do not have a fridge but we can add one on request and it costs € 25.00 per week; only our Junior Suites and Junior Suite Plus have a fridge included.
How is your buffet managed in the restaurant?
This is a served buffet, so there is no need to fill out any menus the day before because you can choose what and how much to eat directly at the time of service.
Are you a Pet Friendly Hotel?
We welcome good and well-behaved pets. They will also have access to the beach! A one-off fee is required: for a cat or small dog €30 per week, medium/large dog €50 per week.

How can I confirm my booking? Is a deposit required?
You can confirm your booking via the quote form you received by e-mail (if you send an e-mail request) or by phone.

How can I settle the bill?
The balance must be paid no later than the third day after arrival by cash, debit card or credit card (a 1.5% surcharge will be applied to electronic payments).
